- Add advancedCompute field to NodeClass for declarative tuning of kubelet, sysctls, hugepages, eviction thresholds, log rotation, network/ARP cache, and user namespaces
- Settings are validated and applied at node boot and persist through scaling and upgrades, eliminating need for custom launch templates, AMIs, or privileged DaemonSets
- Feature is available in all AWS regions where EKS Auto Mode is offered
