SageMaker MLflow Apps now support MLflow 3.16

Summary

• SageMaker MLflow Apps now run on MLflow 3.16, introducing a redesigned trace explorer with adjustable row height, reorderable columns, and custom columns from any trace tag or metadata field.
• Metric chart rendering is accelerated for experiments with large metric histories.
• New MLflow Apps are created on 3.16 by default, and existing apps will be upgraded automatically during a maintenance window.
