Summary

SageMaker adds support for Seekable OCI (SOCI)-indexed container images for training and processing jobs.
SOCI-indexed images lazy‑load required files, cutting container start time by up to 90% with no performance impact.
Use pre‑indexed -soci tags or add an index to your own ECR image; no job definition changes needed, with automatic fallback to normal download.
