- Added semantic Secrets Overview telemetry, optional cancellation comment to Billing V2 cancel events, and authentication/custom headers support for webhook alert channels.
- Overhauled secret scanning documentation and migrated multiple UI components (cert manager, integrations, secret manager) to the new V3 dialog/shell framework.
- Implemented numerous bug fixes and improvements, including MFA retry handling, cron job deduplication, UI refinements, and added SAML test coverage.
